Comper Swift VH-UVC




We are about to send this Comper to New Zealand for total restoration at Blenheim in order to be complete by April 2017. The aeroplane is in residence at "The Missions 1937" now.

This is the Pobjoy engined Swift which started life as G-ACAG and after being shown around Europe by Nicholas Comper until 1934 was sold to the Royal Vic Aero Club were many famous pilots including Roy Goon and Keith Torr flew it for many years. It was bought by a gentleman who was lost in a Bristol Freighter crash and remained with Jack Davidson until we aquired it.
